Declaration of Restrictions
On this page you will find the proposed amendments to our Declaration of Restrictions and other relevant information and resources.

This document was last updated in 2005, before the very first iPhone was released. It is a legally enforceable document that establishes the rules, policies, and procedures for our community.
Some residents believe it should be updated and have been soliciting feedback and input for over two years at membership meetings, in newsletters, and email bulletins. Recently, over a dozen of our neighbors volunteered their time drafting amendments to modernize the document while trying to maintain the harmonious, safe, and valuable community we have built over the last 30+ years.

Thank you to everyone who has participated in this process so far by filling out surveys, providing feedback, and helping draft amendments. We took all the feedback from the first survey, and where possible, tried to incorporate the concerns, questions, and suggestions into the language of the amendments.
Thank you in advance to all the residents who take the time to read and understand these changes so they can make informed decisions when it comes time for an official vote.
